Pastonacre was established in 2018 as a wholesale sourdough bakery, supplying many of the pubs, restaurants and delicatessens along the North Norfolk coast.

 

From the start, we focused on sourcing the finest ingredients to make our bread. All of our loaves are leavened naturally using just organic flour, water, untreated sea salt and time.

 

In our first year of business, we won the Sourdough category at the WORLD BREAD AWARDS and then again the following year, in 2019.

 

In 2020 we opened our first shop, adjacent to our bakery in Cley next the Sea. We now no longer supply wholesale, so we can continue to expand our range and focus on producing the finest sourdough bread and pastries we can for our bakery shop.
