Sourdough loaf (1KG) made with a blend of organic white flours, organic stoneground wholemeal flours, mixed organic seeds, millet water and untreated sea salt. Naturally leavened over 24 hours, baked each morning to give a wonderful blistered crust and a moist open crumb structure with a creamy yogurt taste.

 

ALL PRE-ORDERS MUST BE MADE BEFORE 10AM THE DAY BEFORE COLLECTION TO ALLOW US TIME TO MAKE YOUR BREAD.
