Sourdough Focaccia topped with an everchanging selection of ingredients, such as:

- Pumpkin, goats cheese, cumin & pumpkin seeds, sage, honey, balsamic & sea salt

- Sundried Tomato, cherry tomato, balsamic, sea salt.

- Red onion, rosemary, sage, balsamic, sea salt

- Red pepper, olive, balsamic, sea salt

 

At present you cannot order a specific toppings. 

 

Naturally leavened over 24 hours, baked each morning to give a wonderful blistered crust and a moist open crumb structure with a creamy yogurt taste. 

 

ALL PRE-ORDERS MUST BE MADE BEFORE 10AM THE DAY BEFORE COLLECTION TO ALLOW US TIME TO MAKE YOUR BREAD. 

Orders can be taken a week in advance.

Please specify required collection day. All pre-orders made before 10:00 will be ready for collection from the following day at 09:30 - Tuesday to Saturday.

    Please be aware during busy periods we can sell out in the mornings, so it is always best to preorder if arriving later in the day.

    To avoid congestion on the High Street please park at one of the two free car parks moments away from the bakery - at the Village Hall or the Windmill.
