Sourdough loaf made with a blend of organic white flours, organic stoneground wholemeal flours, water and untreated sea salt. Naturally leavened over 24 hours, baked each morning to give a wonderful blistered crust and a moist open crumb structure with a creamy yogurt taste.
ALL PRE-ORDERS MUST BE MADE BEFORE 10AM THE DAY BEFORE COLLECTION TO ALLOW US TIME TO MAKE YOUR BREAD.
Orders can be taken a week in advance. Please specify required collection day. All pre-orders made before 10:00 will be ready for collection from the following day at 09:30 - Tuesday to Saturday.
