Sourdough loaf made with a blend of organic white flours, organic stoneground wholemeal flours, water and untreated sea salt. Naturally leavened over 24 hours, baked each morning to give a wonderful blistered crust and a moist open crumb structure with a creamy yogurt taste. 

 

ALL PRE-ORDERS MUST BE MADE BEFORE 10AM THE DAY BEFORE COLLECTION TO ALLOW US TIME TO MAKE YOUR BREAD.

    Please be aware, we are a small village bakery -  during busy periods we can sell out early in the mornings - so it is always best to preorder, if arriving later in the day, to avoid disappointment.

    To avoid congestion on the High Street please park at one of the two free car parks moments away from the bakery - at the Village Hall or the Windmill.
