Country Loaf - 1.25Kg

Sourdough loaf made with a blend of organic white flours, organic stoneground wholemeal flours, water and untreated sea salt. Naturally levened over 24 hours, baked each morning to give a wonderful blistered crust and a moist open crumb structure with a creamy yougurt taste.

Ingredients:

Organic white (WHEAT) flour, organic stoneground wholemeal (WHEAT) flours, water and untreated sea salt.

 

We ship next day delivery on the day of baking - using recycled and recyclable packaging (including the tape) - via a carbon neutral courier to ensure the bread reaches you as fresh as possible. 

 

Shortly you will be able to preorder your bread for collection from our kiosk - opening early 2020
